On Tuesday a television anime adaptation of Mogusu's Koi to Yobu ni wa Kimochiwarui (It's Too Sick to Call this Love) manga was announced by Ichijinsha.

Naomi Nakayama (Orange) is directing the anime at Nomad, with Taku Yamada (Rent-A-Girlfriend episode director) as assistant director. Yuuko Kakihara (Orange, Chihayafuru 2, Digimon Adventure tri.) is in charge of the series scripts. Mariko Fujita (Galaxy Angel, Rosario + Vampire, Urahara) is designing the characters, and is also serving as the chief animation director. Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Orange, Children of the Whales) is composing the music.
The strange meeting of Amakusa Ryou and businessman who is loose with women, his high school sister's best friend, Arima Ichika. He falls in love from there. He approaches her without fear and she responds him in a insulting manner without hesitation. and he takes it as her way of showing love. This is a romantic comedy story is about a employee and a normal high school otaku girl.
In January 2015 Mogosu began drawing the romantic comedy manga in Comic POOL website. On Friday the seventh volume will be shipping by Ichijinsha. 1 million copies of this cumulative manga and compiled volumes are in circulation.
