Supernatural Anime  is a genre of amazing fiction and adventure that exploits or is centered on supernatural themes, this theme includes power which dosn't exists in real life but that's what make it worth watching in this article I will show you Best supernatural anime in 2020.

1. Great Pretender

WIT Studio is well known for its anime like vinland saga and Shingeki no Kyojin. But I didn't expected them to create such an glorious anime. The visuals are awesome ,it has amazing character development ,the twists and turns, the inner jokes about many cultures, how it adopts mature undertones. All of this make this anime worth watching you should definitely try it 

Story : A Japanese conman crosses paths with a French competitor, and gets involved in a frauds and scams beyond his wildest dreams.

While trying to  escape, he meet the competitor once again, who turns out to be a con man who's name was  Laurent Thierry, and he  turns out to follow him to Los Angeles. In his attempt to defend his self given title of Japan's greatest swindler Makoto makes this competitor his rival and is   determined to become a better scammer then him . Accepting the competition, Laurent drops them  outside a huge mansion and claims that their target will be the greatest mafia boss on the West Coast

2. Tower of gods

The anime adaption of Tower of God. Kimi no Tou was met with a lot of hype, both from it's already  fans from the webtoon as well as a decent part from the anime community in general. It is the first real adaption of a Korean manhwa by not counting the OVAs from Noblesse and God of highschool. It’s getting a decent anime adaption ) and its success could likely open the gates  to a new era of anime from new content that is  ready to be adapted from the manhwa.

Story : There is a tower that summons chosen people called "Regulars" with the promise of granting their any desires. Whatever they desire  be it wealth, power, fame, authority, or something that surpasses them all—everything awaits those who reach the top.

Twenty-Fifth Bam is a boy who was trapped inside a   dark cave with dirty cloth, and an unreachable light for his entire life. All alone .So when a girl named Rachel came to him through the light, his entire world changed. He talked with someone for first time in a while.

He tried Becoming a close friends with Rachel, he learned various things about the outside world from her. His world was finally not that lonly anymore. But when Rachel told him that she must leave him to climb the Tower, his world shatters around him. He don't want go be all alone here so he decided to follow after her no matter what it takes, he sets his sight on the tower, and a miracle occurs.

3. BOFURI: I Don't Wanted to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

This show is hated by many people. They are saying  Bofuri is very similar to Sword Art Online and Tate no Yuusha just because its protagonist using a shield as weapon while playing a Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online (Role-Playing Game). I think it's not right to compare it because of in SAO and TnY characters have danger of death, so almost all of the events are very serious; but there's no such serious thing in Bofuri. This show is about a young girl who tries to play an MMO with her friends.and she is op 

Story : After an invitation from her friend, Kaede Honjou she agrees to try the game New World Online: a very popular VRMMO played by thousands of players across Japan. Naming her in-game character as Maple, she sets out on her journey. As a complete amateur to such games, she allocates all of her stat points into defence, with an desire of not getting  hurt. With not even a single point in any other stat, Maple gained extraordinarily high defense, but she can't move quickly or hit hard.

4. God of high school

The God of high school is the second Korean manhwa or webtoon to get animated. The fighting scenes of this anime is the best part of this anime. God of high school also contains various types of martial arts like taekwondo to name one. It also give you a glimpse of Korean culture. It consists of many adventures if adapted rightly it could became an really popular anime.

Story: It all started as a fighting tournament to seek out for the best fighter among all high school students in Seoul Korea. Mori Jin, our main character and a Taekwondo expert and also an high school student, soon finds out that there is something much terrific beneath the stage of the tournament.

To summarize the whole show: Generic Side Characters, simpleminded Protagonist, and amazing Fighting.

5. THE 8TH SON? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

My expectations were so low.Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai deshou! is your typical generic isekai show about a salaryman turned OP af mage in another world and if that is the most unoriginal plot in every isekai anime

Waking up in a different world, 25-year-old Shingo Ichinomiya finds out that he is in the body of a six-year-old. Retaining memories of his stressful life working at a firm company, Shingo learns that the person he is inhabiting is Wendelin Von Benno Baumeister, the eighth son of a poor noble family living in the countryside. His newly discovered great magical aptitude may prove to be just what he needs to accomplish that goal.

6.    DECA-DENCE 

Natsume, the lowly girl who lives In the stronghold city of Deca-dence. After her father's death during a Gadoll attack. She decided to become a Gear warrior. Her work is to maintain team led by Kaburagi. Role of Kaburagi is to eliminate bugs /Humans who threaten Solid Quake's operations. Kaburagi decides to keep Natsume under observation and offers to train her to fight after discovering that she is listed as dead in the company database. 

Near the end of 2400s part, When the air pollution reached lethal levels And humanity was tossed towards the extinction, and humanity was also terrorized by the emergence of a new life forms known as Gadoll which was causing the destruction of the world's population.

The Solid Quake corporation had developed human functions to cyborg, but then cyborgs outnumbered humans.

Anime also known as Japanese animation has some great masterpiece. And it's known for its unique stories and amazing animations. Anime films are a little bit different from normal anime. A normal anime have about 12 or more episodes animated mostly from the manga with each episode being around 20 minutes (on average ) . But a anime movies have all the story packed in 3-2 hours. 

1. A Whisker Away

One of the best aspects of this movie is its amazing world-building. And it's clean and simple plot, do not expect it to be a complex plot, as the film's focus was on the character development. The story is about a girl Miyo Sasaki who had troubles with her stepmom. And her crush  Kento Hinode who hates her. Even after that she can't get over him. She always goes out of her way to flirt with him.  One day a strange man seller her a magical mask which turns her into A cat and her crush happens to adopt it. And that's how things begins to become complex her crush became very close with the cat so close that he even started sharing his problems with it. She wanted to confess to Kento Hinode that the cat that he loves and the girl that he hates and have rejected many times are the same person, but is afraid that kento will reject her . And that all I  can say without spoiling. produced by Studio Colorido, Twin Engine and Toho Animation . Directed by Junichi Sato and Tomotaka Shibayama, the film was released on , 2020 on Netflix .

2. High School Fleet Movie

The story follows a girl named Akeno Misaki who started attending  at Yokosuka Girls' Marine High School  in Yokosuka, Kanagawa with the goal of becoming one of the highly regarded Blue Mermaids. As Akeno and her classmates set off aboard the destroyer ship Harekaze , an incident with their instructor suddenly leads them to be accused . Therefore, Akeno have to  lead her crewmates in sailing the Harekaze as they try to avoid the pursuit and to also reveales the  truth about what's happening while also avoiding pursuit.produced by Production IMS. Reiko Yoshida is handling series composition and Yuu Nobuta is directing the anime , with character designs by Naoto Nakamura and original character designs by Atto.

3. Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul

It's One  of the most ,emotional,shocking, mysterious, exhilarating, violent ,fascinating, disturbing, dank and insane anime movie out there. It's made quite Beautifully, it's so good. It has an unique way of storytelling and a masterpiece. Flashbacks and coherent storytelling is one of the best thing about this movie .  some says that its one of the best anime movie ever created in the history. Its violence was too much and its atmosphere was too heavy for me In this movie Reg, Riko, and their new friend, Nanachi, continue their journey down the Abyss and arrive at the 5th layer. But in order for them to reach  the 6th layer, they must face the haunting figure of Nanachi's past: Bondrewd the Novel.

4. Violet Evergarden: The Movie

The story revolves around Auto Memory Dolls   which was  employed Dr. Orlando who was a scientist they were employed  to assist his blind wife Mollie in writing her novels, and later hired by other people who needed their services in writing. In the present time, the term refers to the industry of writing for others. The story is about Violet Evergarden's journey of going back into society after the war is over and a journey for her to search  her life's purpose now that she is no longer a soldier in order to understand the last words her major, Gilbert, had told her: "I love you." Japanese light novel which was written by Kana Akatsuki and is illustrated by Akiko Takase. It also won the grand prize in the fifth Kyoto Animation Award's novel category which was held in 2014, the first ever work to win a grand prize in any of the three categories

5. Demon Slayer: the Movie: Mugen Train

A mysterious series of disappearances started happening inside a train. Tanjiro kamado  and his friends from the Demon Slayer corps accompany the Flame Hashira. Little do they know that one of the Twelve Kizuki, Enmu, is also on board and has prepared a trap for them.

It's a film based on the manga  Kimetsu no Yaiba by Koyoharu Gotōge. This film is a direct sequel to the 2019 anime series, and is directed by Haruo Sotozaki, produced by Ufotable and is going to  release on October 16, 2020 in Japan. The main English and Japanese voice casts of the anime series have remain same

5 Anime games you should play in 2020

You have probably wondered man if only I was in that anime it would be so good but unfortunately that's not possible yet . But don't worry you can atleast experience something similar to that by playing Anime games

1. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 

Plot Story :

 One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is a  One Piece  game . It is the fourth part in Pirate Warriors franchise, following One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 in 2015. It was first announced at the 2019 Anime Expo.

Review :

This games gameplays is quite similar to pervious One Piece: Pirate Warriors with some updated features Characters in this part  now have improved abilities to juggle opponent while staying airborne. 

Characters can also use transformation ablities during the battle, like in the first Pirate Warriors, Ablities such as Luffy using Gear Fourth. Also Characters are able to use up to 4 different special attacks, all of which can be leveled up.  Air combat is more improved,  The style of the maps is similar to the ones we have seen in the first Pirate Warriors.

Pirate Warriors 4 also introduces the new concept of huge sized  characters" (huge sized characters like big Mom) who are significantly larger than other characters and deal more damage. Some of those, like Big Mom and Kaido, are playable.

2.My Hero One’s Justice 2

My Hero One's Justice 2 starts at the Provisional Hero License Arc and carries forward to the end of the Shie Hassaikai Arc. The game gets divided into individual missions, while most of these are battles there are some that are merely cutscenes.

 It's also Fully voiced by the cast of the anime. The plot begins with Sir Night eye's premonition of Deku and Overdrive's fight. The story focuses on the bigger story event. The story for each arc in the game is like a recap rather then trying to tell the story to anyone. The comics style here is a fun way to skip' through the story effect without having jumpy cutscenes or using visual novel-style storytelling.

 3. Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing

Based on the anime of Studio TRIGGER’s, Little Witch Academia: VR Broom Racing  features a new storyline within the magical universe, the players find themselves as a guest student at the famous Luna Nova Witchcraft Academy.

You can also interact with characters from the anime . 

You can also do broom racing like Harry potter and customise your own broom. And partner up with characters like Akko ,Lotte and Sucy. 4.One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows 

The first season of One Punch Man anime series started in 2015 and it’s almost surprising how popular it have gotten till 2020 to get its very own video game adaptation. 

Now since Saitama is an overpowered hero and can knock out most of his enemies with just one punch, the game will be too easy if you could play from his perspective.thats why you can't play from his perspective

In this game’s arena brawler format, you’re expected duke out super-powered battles against villains only by using heroes other than Saitama.

 In each battle, you have to survive against an opponent for a fixed period of time and Saitama only storms in when you’re able to bring the entire timer down. Though this approach seems a little tricky, the ‘One-Punch Man’ game is finally here and we can’t help but get all hyped up about it.

This game follows the story of main protagonist of dragon Ball, Goku and the Z-Fighters. Rather then being just a dbz fighting game like most of the games in the franchise, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot follows a rpg format .

The player can do more than just fighting their opponents, like training, fishing, swimming as if the player is the Dragon Ball world. The game follows the story of Dragon Ball Z, while the player interacts with the surrounding world as the different characters. This allows the player to explore the dbz world, complete side quests, and progress the story.

The game is divided up into four story arcs, starting with the first chapter known as the Saiyan Saga, followed by the Namek Saga, the Android Saga, and the Buu Saga respective

What anime should i watch ? We all have been there when we just can't find something worth watching. But don't worry  for you  I will try to provide you with anime worth watching  let's get started

Welcome to the N.H.K. is the story of a 22-year

old hikikomori/NEET named Satou, Tatsuhiro. If you don't know what a hikikomori/NEET is . 

• The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in Japan defined hikkimoro as “people who are not employed, not in school, not a Working from home, and not a job seeker” and Hikikomori as “those who are neither in work nor school, do not have social interactions and are socially withdrawn for more than 6 months.”The hikikomori are basically shut-ins. They feel uncomfortable in presence of other people. They don’t get out of their rooms/houses unless they absolutely need to and get money to survive by various means such as relatives, jobs that can be done from home, and rarely part-time jobs outside the house to survive and continue their hikikomori lifestyle 

 

Are you new to anime? Or are you a veteran? Well, with "NHK ni Youkoso!" it doesn't matter! This is one of those anime that you can easily get through, want more, think about it's message and wonder how such a masterpiece isn't more popular.

Not only does this anime entertain us with a wonderful story, a variety of characters,  theirbtheir unique personality it also teaches the viewer about the difficulties of a person with social anxiety and psychological disorders.

There are only few  anime like wlcm to NHK out there that handle such delicate subjects and shower them in brilliant dark comedy. In my opinion it's definitely worth watching 

2 Granblue Fantasy

Fantasy is such a fantastic genre. It creates some of the most amazing worlds full of wonder and amazement, creatures that we could only imagine come to life to take us on an adventure that we could sadly  only dream of.

Granblue Fantasy is definitely an adventure that contains many  things that make fantasy so great, not to mention that thanks to some great directing and stellar action sequences, it's one of the most  pleasant and wonderful anime that I have watched recently .

Granblue fantasy based off on a popular mobile game its an interesting anime . I have yet to play the game that this anime used as a source material so im unable to compare the two.

The story behind Granblue fantasy is simple one but interesting one . The main character rescues a beautiful but mysterious girl from an evil enemy faction and then set on a quest to find and save mysterious and powerful creatures and gain their allegiance . While at the same time fighting to stop the evil faction from doing the same. There are many unique things about this anime .

That include the use of airships to travel around the  world with, large variety of summons, a far from straight forward plot and large battles between summons.

3 Boarding School Juliet

If you take a classic story like Romeo and Juliet and convert it into a modern romantic comedy, you’d get Boarding School Juliet. While both of the series aren't completely same they do borrow a few familiar themes like  being a forbidden romance. But there’s more to that, right?

The story...let's simply state that you know even a little about the Romeo X Juliet , it's precisely the same faction here, just regarding various groups, primarily the White cats and black cats, leaded by the two . So with that, Dahlia Foundation All inclusive School , was made according to the impartial ground for the two groups to have and sustain training for everyone regardless of which faction they belong to. But, as both Inuzuka and Persia encounter each other. The amount of controversy that both have that's weighted on their shoulders become the main problem for concerning people.

4 Heat Guy J 

Heat Guy J is one of the most amazing series I've had watched  and it's have exceeded my expectations .It's  in the detective/action genre that's set in the future.

In a  environment where cities are divided and dependent on a race of people that provide the technology for air and water, and there are also people living outside of this city in the underground and in the forests avoiding the people in the main city.

The main character is a detective of sorts who's partner is a robot that assists him in his quests.
If you ever gain the slightest bit of interest to watch this show, WATCH IT.

 I was skeptical at first too because of  the lame-looking character designs, weird name, and typical sounding synopsis. However, it only took about a episode to completely hook me on the series.

 The show completely blew all my expectations out of the water.The art isnt bad either. You might be skeptical at first, but the style flows very nicely in the show.

The character designs are from the same person behind Escaflowne. This anime contains  some very well-animated scenes , and never do you see signs of lazy animation throughout. There is also some well integrated CG, that remains exclusive to more complex buildings and vehicles.You should definitely watch it
